Very comfortable, modern, well equipped and spacious apartment in a good location. The property manager Felipe was very welcoming and helpful. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly. The noise level depends on the apartment. Ours was facing the building interior and the noise from a night bar was audible but not a problem at all. There is a decent Walmart supermarked nearby.

Good location but it is incredibly loud. You can hear everything in all the rooms around you and in the open lobby area. If you are just coming to party that's fine, but if you are looking for a relaxing stay I'd look elsewhere.

Great location, friendly staff, everything is new and clean, 24/7 security. If you have an interior/atrium facing room, there is essentially no street noise which is a huge plus in CDMX as the street/traffic noise can be unbearable. Big caveat for light sleepers: as another reviewer has mentioned, the doors are hollow sheets of metal that do no insulate sound at all and make a ton of noise themselves when being closed. If your neighbors are watching TV or having a conversion, it practically feels like it's in your room.

The staff were very friendly and place was clean. Inside the apt the couch is very very uncomfortable and not enough seating in 2 bedroom unit for more than 2 people to lounge in livingroom. Need a comfortable lounnge chair instead of 8 dining chairs?.Unit is very noisy with bar right across the street til 2am. You had to go down to lobby anytime you wanted drinkable water. They only allowed for 1 coffee pod per person per day . I just wouldnt consider these luxury apts. 3 star, but value for money.

We had a two bedroom/patio apt. Good - modern, clean, beds were good and shower worked well. Well appointed and spacious. Bad - NOISE, NOISE, NOISE. We never got a good night's sleep bc there's no insulation either to the open air atrium in the center or the outdoors. There is a bar next door open until 1 or 2 am that pounds loud music you could hear in both bedrooms. The hotel noise was incessant from doors slamming (they're all metal), phones ringing, people talking loudly, cats meowing and room entry key pad beeps. Part of the wall in the bedroom facing into the atrium is a window - bring a mask bc the lights go on randomly. There is no central heat or air - just space heaters/ac. I kept the heater on all night as white noise. This is an apt. - there is no one to ask any questions to except the security guards with limited English who don't know much. Neighborhood is OK - had mostly asian eateries and taco places. Only two real restaurants - Azul is excellent but need a reservation. Brulte next door is amazing for breakfast. It's very far from any tourist sights and the uber, while cheap, takes forever bc of the traffic. Would def not stay here again. It's not a hotel but a loud self service apt.

Lots to like yet room for improvement. The employees in the building were great - very friendly and helpful when they could be, though none spoke English, so we struggled via Google translate a few times. The communication from property was problematic - asked for extra towels and never got them, got key code for room after I had arrived. No one-page summary of things like "how to get trash out" or "how to get towels" Room was spacious and bed comfortable. The single couch in front of TV was a pull out bed and extemely uncomfortable leaving no good sit and chat space other than kitchen table. Rooftop spa was erratic - some days heat worked, others it did not. Some jets stopped working while we were there. Yet when things did work, it was lovely. Most rooms have door against indoor atrium which lights up when people walk through it and echoes everything so late night revelers kept waking us up Saturday night from 11pm - 5am. And the street outside is extemely loud on Saturday night and less so on Friday night and not noticeable on others. They do provide earplugs for a reason. The location is GREAT - surrounded by cheap dining options, amazing dining options, wine bars, groceries & atm nearby in La Condesa neighborhood. Again, a quick guide in a Welcome note would've helped locate grocery options quicker, but we found most everything fairly quickly. Appreciated laundry in basement, but no place to sit while waiting, so byo chair. Parking plentiful.

Amazing communication. We were arriving around midnight and easy access to room. Ton of room for your clothes which is great for longer stays. Nice rooftop deck and hot tub.

This is a nice newer property in a great neighborhood. Walkable to many great dining and drinking options. Room I stayed in had a nice bed, balcony and perfect sized kitchen for a 6-night stay.

Our stay at Capitalia Apartments Michoacán was truly wonderful. Our family of six recently enjoyed a comfortable and stylish stay in this trendy neighborhood. The apartment was modern, spacious, and well-equipped to meet all our needs. Special recognition goes to the front reception team, particularly Luis & Ramon, for their exceptional attentiveness, warm welcome, and excellent service. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience has made a lasting impression on us. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends & colleagues for future vacation visits.

Nothing luxurious about these ‚apartments‘. very small room for the price paid, we had to request room cleaning, the check-in took half an hour because we never received the so-called code to check-in and the security guard had to contact administration. There was no way to get in the hotel without a security guard present so no autonomy. Although the neighbourhood is safe and lovely, there is little to no soundproofing so it gets very noisy at night. Anyone could peek in our room if the curtains were left open and the room cleaning service left our window doors open so anyone could have gotten in. The gym is ridiculous, spa amenities mediocre at best and the room itself dark (the balcony gives out to the internal side of the hotel so no light of day comes through) and dull with no identity, no charm. Terrible experience through and through and when we complained nothing was done to help us.

No volvería.
