Was really nice and quiet, clean room too. Altho stay was short it was a comfortable one 😊

Very clean and nicely smelling room, i had room 4, my biggest problem was i sleep in complete darkness and with only blinds in the room a lot of light still comes in.

The room was clean and functional but, there some teething problems with lighting (make sure lower hallway lights are on for room 5 - up top); the kitchenette, if needed, requires a few more tools & gadgets (bread knife, cork screw/bottle opener - assume nothing and ask) and some (flat pack) furniture has been poorly assembled and rattles. But overall it was warm, quiet, double bed with, a decent corner shower room, including a few necessaries, to make it a comfy experience.

Great for the price. It was an overnight stop, so it worked for us. Its a 'no-frills' accommodation but had all you need. Parking is on the road. Small room but clean and warm. Comfortable bed, clean towels and powerful shower.

For the price, the room was acceptable, but future customers should be aware that is not finished to a good standard and is only superficially clean and tidy. The skirting boards and corners were not clean and a bit grubby in places. The walls are very thin and not sound proofed. Luckily the neighbours werent too noisy but you could hear conversations and TVs clearly. There are no curtains, only blinds so the room was very light at night. Would not go back.

Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Very easy check-in and out. Just the lock on the bathroom not good for a lone female, as can be unlocked from the outside, it says to put engaged sign on the door, but no such facility to do so, a lock like on an airplane would be more suitable maybe? Would still recommend though!

It was easy to access and also clean, I would happily book it 😊

Stayed for 1 night with a friend. We was visiting the Birmingham utilita area in the evening and it was very convenient and easy to get to. Lovely room, warm, cosy and comfortable. All details provided by our friendly host Nolicia on the day to check in. Thankyou

Nolicia is very friendly and accomodative. She allowed us an early check in since we arrived earlier than expected. Amenities close by and a very lovely community. Would definetly recommend.

The Room was nice and clean, bathroom had nice shower but the bathroom was very compact (Tight) when we arrived the Room was nice & cosy but about 2 hours later the radiator went cold and I didn't know how to switch the heating on again It was a very cold day in Birmingham so needed to have the heating on all the time but unfortunately we didn't know where to switch on Otherwise everything was Very good Thanks Would definitely recommend and will use again when I'm in Birmingham
