It was quite a comfortable stay, with clean and tidy rooms. Access to the city center was easy. The soundproofing isn't great, but it's not too disturbing, especially during sleep or rest periods.

My first experience staying at Sienna Living was very pleasant, and I think it's the most worthwhile accommodation in Central Jakarta. It's close to everything and offers comfort. There's a TV, a refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. The staff are all friendly. God willing, I'll stay there again.

The kitchen was dirty. The trellis next to the bed was a bit dangerous because of the large gaps between the trellises. The TV remote in the room wouldn't work, and the staff simply said it was gone, even though the batteries were dead (the staff didn't offer a solution).
