Be careful if you take this room. Read carefully, there's an additional cleaning fee of RM 100. Tax is 10%. It's like being pranked. We have to pick up the key and not find it in the tower where we're staying. The room is spacious, but the pillows are really uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, close to Nasi Kandar Pelita. It's within walking distance to KLCC if you're used to walking. Nice unit, especially the bathroom for kids. There's an iron, washing machine, and hairdryer—all working properly. The receptionist is quick. And don't forget to prepare Ringgit for the 200 MYR deposit. I recommend cash for quicker checkout.

This room was absolutely amazing! It quickly became my favorite place to stay in the center of Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a very strategic location with easy access to everything. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The staff is very friendly and the room very clean.

The pool of the hotel was closed, so we had the right to go to the pool of the other hotel (which is the one on the pictures). It was very clean, but the water is not hot at all, and they don’t give you soap for your hand. Anyway, it was good, but the only thing that worth it is the pool.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the price is also affordable for such a great location. It's close to KLCC, Nasi Kandar, and durian vendors. It's within walking distance.

positive: the room is very large, affordable price for family, cold AC, location is close to everywhere. The pool is okay. negative: during check-in the reception counter was a bit confusing, the mattress was uncomfortable because the springs were already felt on the body, the washing machine & heater were broken but as soon as I reported it, the traffic was still noisy until night, the windows were not tight so you could still hear from the 15th floor room.
