I loved staying here. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The riad is located right in the Medina- about a 15-minute walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa- and within easy reach of many of the main attractions.

the hosts (owners) are wonderful charming people who are very according and friendly. They understand hospitality and take pride in their business and are very thank full to have their guests. the road is charming. Don’t expect modern hotel luxuries but the friendliness of the team more than makes up for the lack of modern hotel amenities. in USA standards, this is a mix of a large B&B and a motel. They are super people and I would stay here again do a short trip to Marrakesh.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was fantastic as it was near the main market square. And most importantly, the staff was beyond kind. We felt so welcomed and well taken care of.

Stepping into Kale Polis is really joining a family in their beautiful residence. We loved our room, the delicious meal that was cooked for us upon arrival, the friendly interactions and the very big room. It’s good to know that despite the fact that the pool is covered, it is on the rare ace and not heated.

Grande chambre, conforme aux photos, personnel adorable et aux petits soins. Emplacement parfait, à 10 min à pied de la place, 15min des souks. Restaurant, bureau de change... Tout à quelques mètres. Riad dans une rue très calme.

Sweet place, tucked away at the end of an alley (not directly accessible by car, but the hotel staff comes on foot to meet you from where the taxi drops you off, and helps you carry your luggage back to the taxi at the end.) Everything is built around a beautiful courtyard where you eat your meals, and there are stairs that lead you up a few flights to a really cool, eclectic-feeling rooftop with a small enclosed pool, which is great for views and listening to the call to prayer and working/relaxing on the sun loungers. It’s very nice but not “luxurious”, but it’s priced well and the service is what really makes this place. Everyone is so kind and eager to help in any way they can. They have a little restaurant and will cook you anything you order from scratch on the spot (!). They also have a small spa where I got a wonderfully relaxing massage for cheap! Overall, this place feels like a calm and safe little oasis in a crazy busy and slightly overwhelming city! Can’t wait to come back.

This Riad is within 3 minute to small plaza area with shopping and eating options. It is a 15 minute walk to the main medina. The Riad is very clean and staff are very helpful. Breakfast was huge and delicious including yougurt, fruit, egg, pastry and other bread type options. Always fresh squeezed OJ. Even on our early start days they privided us with a breakfast to go. The small dipping pool does not have a ladder and I did not want to chance getting stuck. Rooms are good size. Water pressure not the best but not the worst. We had them meet us at the airport. It was $50 but he waited for us as our flight was late. May have been hard the first time. I would use this Riad should we visit Marrekesk again. I would recommend the restaurant Mahla which is near the Riad. Also the small plaza is where tour groups will meet you.

The property is located in an alley not accessible by cars, we had to pay the Taxi driver to help us carry the luggage. The property is a simple B&B rather than a hotel and everything (even a bottle of water) is more expensive than the airport or on the plane.

What a great experience it was to stay at the beautiful Riad Kale Polis. We arrived a little early and Anne-Marie and the team were so welcoming with their hospitality. The room was perfect and clean ; a lovely spacious bathroom, beds were comfortable - maybe could be a bit more spacious but we didn't spend much time in the room. Lovely rooftop terrace with a plunge pool - although we couldn't get the jet streams to work. No Biggie. Really close to the local square , where there are lots of amenities, restaurants, bars. The downstairs courtyard area was a great place to have breakfast and just hang out and relax. Thanks to Anne-Marie & the team for your superb hospitality. I'd recommend this place to everyone

Where to start….my husband & I have just spent a fabulous week at Riad Kale Polis. The staff were all amazing especially Omar & Ann Marie. This Riad was immaculate & so clean. Breakfast was delicious every day & consisted of a glass of diced fresh fruit, yoghurt, Seville orange juice & then a plate with either three or four options from toast, pastries & omelette. This changed daily & were all amazing. This was accompanied with freshly made coffee. There were snack & dinner options available. We only ate there once for an evening meal as we like to experience different restaurants. That said the meal we received was delicious & could not be faulted in any way. I would highly recommend staying at this Riad - the area is quiet & yet so central. It wa only a 10 min walk (max) to the main medina. We went on quite a few excursions & we were met each time at Tinsmiths square literally a two min walk from Kale Polis. We never usually go back to the same place twice but feel this may be an exception to our rule.

Place was really nice, convenient and hospitable. Close to the famous souk and other amenities. Easy to walk around and explore some of the history Marrakech has to offer too. All in all, a very central base to enjoy the city.

When staying at this road you are made to feel at home and part of the family. Rooms are a good size; beds are comfortable and the desk was useful. Breakfast was tasty and they endeavoured to provide foods to suit each guest. Presentation and variety of food was lovely. Great appreciation to Meryam for her kindness during our stay. Also many thanks to Omar was always friendly and attentive. A wonderful location… so handy!! Overall; a great place to stay!
