Great location and condition. Could use a new set of pots and pans

I have stayed at other apartments in the building as I am a regular vistor to Panama. The aprartment was fine and in-line with the others, with one exception. The bedroom had no curtains. This is awful if you need a dark room to sleep, like me. Even at night, the lights from the bank outside lit up the bedroom. I tried to contact customer service by all means possible (phone, email & Whatsapp), but no one returned my calls or messages.

Great apartment with awesome views. Fully furnished with everything you need. The communications with management needs to improve. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Yoo Panama is a great resort style location

I liked this particular apartment less than the one I'd stayed at last month. It was a little smaller and not as well laid out.

The Yoo Apartments are very nicely located and with lots of good dining and retail options around it. The amenities are ample, pool, gym, parking, beautiful food Deli, and three really nice restaurants on site. We thought we were booking a Ocean view unit, but at check in we found otherwise, that said the City view was nice. The apartment itself is quite spacious and simply but nicely furnished, it has a large balcony with city views, which is great at night, but no furniture. The king ( comfortable bed!) bedroom was large as well as the walking closet and double sink bathroom. Air conditioning worked very well, the apt has two TVs thou we didn't use them. The kitchen was of good size and w large fridge, there is also a small laundry room with washer and dryer which is convenient. I suggest that some kitchen utelcils, pots and pans need to be updated. We were happy with the experience and plan to visit Yoo apartments again. I may just make a point of connecting with the apartment manager before arriving to go over some details and manage expectations before arrival.

This property was easily accessible, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Uber and other transportation providers can easily locate the property and it is on a main thoroughfare. The elevators do come timely for the building to be so large, but they are dimly lit.

Close to everything.

I always stay at this apartments when visiting Panama. The property is great in terms of locations and amenities. However, this unit lacked a few things like proper pans and some utensils. Restroom was more basic than other ones. It was clean.

A truly beautiful location and facility But never once answered my emails Front desk was disinterested to the point of trying to avoid any communication The room obviously had a flood. There was mold in various locations in the unit and even in the ceiling lights. The shower/bathroom glass was very dirty. There were very limited kitchen items- no spatulas or coffee mugs and very little to cook with. We really enjoyed the general areas of the hotel but the unit was definitely disappointing. The place was amazing and close so many great restaurants

First of all the it was advertised to have a view of the sea which it didn’t have. The building inside is quite deteriorated and requires an upgrade. The apartament was ok, however, it smelled bad. Communication with the rental company was horrible!!!

Todo el tiempo estuve en incertidumbre porque es práctiamente IMPOSIBLE la comunicación con un ser humano. Nadie responde correos ni teléfono; nadie confirma nada y casi que hasta llegar no se sabe clave de ingreso. Estaba de negocios y NO HABÍA RED para WI FI. Escribí 20 mensajes nunca respondidos; al cabo de un día fue un técnico. NO regresaré a ese buen sitio porque NADIE ATIENDE reclamos o emergencia; NADIE RESPONDE.
