The location is everything! Great staff and cleanness.

Great customer service, great location, beds, sheets, pillows are so so comfortable. I didn't give them 5 stars because they don't have a swimming pool that is need in El Salvador's weather is a must in my opinion..ac works so good tho.

The location was great! Right across from Palacio Nacional, Biblioteca Binaes and La Catedral. Everyone at the Hotel was super friendly. Breakfast and lunch at Silvestre Restaurant was delicious and the service was great too. The view from the rooftop at night was breathtaking. I definitely recommend this hotel and will certainly come back.

Excellent staff. Very attentive. Went and found us when we got lost driving there. Excellent accommodations very classy.

I like that this hotel was very clean. Has a hotel minibar and has a an onsite restaurant and also a rooftop bar / restaurant , as an additional venue up there. Just Wish the parking was more accessible. And that the basic rooms would have a bit more square footage of space.
