Spotlessly clean. Small but good value near the beach in San Juan. Lots of street parking, at least at night. Staff very friendly and flexible. Comfortable beds and fast wifi.

This was a perfect room for a weekend type of trip! Very clean and the host or co-host were very kind.I would definitely book again and tell my friends to book located by great area all the cool restaurants and the beach!

Love everything

First things first, Angel was the nicest host I’ve ever had for a hotel stay and was very accommodating. The hotel was very clean and came with many surprising amenities such as bikes, a kitchen with many items for use like sun screen, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, and not to mention it is within a 3 minute walk from a beautiful beach. Also has an outdoor shower to use with body wash after a long sandy day at the beach and many brunch spots within the area. I recommend you try La Coffeetera in the morning. This hotel made my trip a lot more enjoyable.

Great location only a couple blocks from the ocean & from bars & restaurants. Check-in was easy. There's enough on-site parking for about 3-4 vehicles. The room was cozy, but modern & has a mini-fridge & flat screen TV.

Good communication even before check-in. Angel is amazing. Greeted us at the property and was helpful throughout our time in San Juan referring to tours and suggesting spots to check out. You can hear the noise coming from the common areas so just be mindful but it wasn’t a big problem for us. The electricity was out for half of the day in the first day but since we were out exploring it didn’t really bother us. Overall great stay for the price! Would recommend

great spot!

It is a very cute place. We were close to many restaurants and the beach. If we wanted we could have walked to La Placita. I have been to Puerto Rico before and stayed at hotels but I do like places like this where you feel like home. Definitely we will book it again.

Easy to get to the beach and bars/restaurants from this location.

Angelo was very responsive and super friendly. Cute apartment.
