EXCELENTE opción para hospedarte en área de Polanco, todo te queda caminando, el lugar limpio, cómodo, con todO lo necesario, 10/10

The room did not match the pictures on the booking, it was dirty on arrival, there was no housekeeping service or room service, no trash pick up or fresh towels provided during entire stay.

The location, the decor and staff are amazing!

Well located, nice / new / functional rooms. The staff is very friendly and they are 24/7 ready to help you any time. There are meterage parking spots just outside the building and the area is extremely safe (great for walking around ). I wen there my my wife and a daughter and both rooms were excellent

The property its Ok but they are appartments with Hotel Service that its good, but the cleaning is to expensive

Hotel is in a safe neighborhood. Shopping and dining options within walkable distance. Not a lot of street vendors if you are looking for food trucks but there is a lot of restaurants, not authentic mexican food; more upscale. Walmart in walking distance. There is a taco stand about 2 blocks away that is open very late. The rooms were very clean and nice. They have free community washer and dryers on several floors and also provided detergent. The rooftop was the perfect touch. You can get a great mountain view. Front staff was very helpful. Would stay again.

Excellent service and front desk support. Facilities were exactly what we needed for a week stay: clean and well equipped. Loved the location of Kukun Inspire at Polanco, a quiet neighborhood close to museums and great restaurants.

Excellent location, nicely furnished and very convenient

I liked that the property was centrally located to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shopping malls, and it was reasonably priced. There was even a Catholic church that was less than a 10-minute walk which was a plus because not missing mass on a Sunday was always part of our vacation and therefore was very important to us. My husband and I felt safe walking at night. I would've given it a 5 star hadn't been for the fact that two days out of our four night-stay, they didn't clean our apartment. The second day of our stay we requested to skip the cleaning because we wanted to stay in and do our unpacking that morning. However, on the 3rd and final day no one came to clean the unit. That was disappointing. I had to ask for towels because we had dropped the towels to the floor to signal that they were dirty and needed to be replaced; but no one came in at all. If the management could address this issue, I would consider staying at this property again and even recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you.
