Es bonito el hotel y cómodo de llegar

Nice spot , pet friendly , spacious room . Need to pay attention on details . Lamps were unplugged , tv control didn’t work , pillowcases were apart , WiFi deficient and front desk unable to fix the tv control

Very nice hotel! Great value! My only complaint was that the shower head could use replacing. The restaurant was excellent.

Stayed here for a wedding at a nearby hotel. Good value for money . Staff were nice . Felt safe . Easy to get taxis around town. I’d have paid more for a fridge in the room. Clean.

Hotel acogedor y con muy buena atención por parte del personal. Está rodeado de una hermosa naturaleza que hacen el lugar especial. Un poco complicado regular la temperatura de la regadera, sale muy caliente o de repente se enfría, pero fuera de eso todo bien.

De manera general fue buena, la unica sugerencia o recomendación es que se tenga una solución para el tema de los mosquitos ya que si fue complicado poder dormir por favor

El hotel es bonito, pero tiene muchas áreas de oportunidad, se ve que es de los años 70’s por lo que le falta bastante mantenimiento, aunque dicen que esta remodelado le fallan varias cosas, la principal es que se escucha demasiado ruido de la calle en las habitaciones, no sellan bien las ventanas ni las puertas, es demasiado molesto escuchar tanto ruido de coches toda la noche, entra demasiada luz en las habitaciones pues las ventanas solo tienen cortina delgada, entra demasiada luz apenas amanece, los baños descuidados, el lavabo y regadera muy percudidos parecieran que están sucios, bote de basura sucio y sábanas no tan limpias, camastros viejos, etc.. El hotel tendría mucho potencial si le invirtieran en mejorarlo.

The bathroom smelled really bad and the pillow case had blood stains. Everything else was good.

Estuvimos une estancia de 5 dias con mis compañeros ocupamos 6 cuartos y todo muy agradable empezando por sus trabajadores en general y principalmente al señor Edgar q siempre estuvo al pendiente de todo muchas gracias y esperamos regresar pronto 👍

Excelente atención e instalaciones.

I reserved this hotel because the room I found had a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view. I was looking forward to that and I bought the bottle of wine I would drink on that terrace while reading and writing on my first night. I was given a different room with no terrace, barely a place to sit and a window to the loud road outside. They were full (even though I checked in very early) so they wouldn’t honor my booking, and refused a discount because in their view all the rooms were “the same category”. The hotel is very pretty, but it’s inconveniently located on a busy road with no sidewalks, and after sunset it closes down. At 8pm I was left outside under heavy rain trying to find my way in, finally found an inconspicuous door bell. After a while someone just yells from behind the wall “who is it?” and I’m trying to give a yelling explanation under the rain with loud cars going by next to me. One of a few weird interactions there. I was looking forward to a relaxing haven, but next time I’d rather stay in a more affordable hotel closer to town.
