Cuando hice mi reservación me dieron un precio ya con tax y al llegar al hotel me dieron otro precio me cobraron mas por ese precio me hubiera quedado en un hotel mucho mejor .eso me parece muy poco profesional 👎👎👎

Very well located near downtown Mexico City, very clean, modern and new.

The pictures look very deceiving. The place is nice but lacks air conditioner and air. Ventilation, the bathroom has no air extractor.

the property seems to be fairly new, we were surprised that the floor in the room was not properly clean.

While it’s on a busy street and therefore you hear lots of city noise, we loved our stay. The rooms were very nice and had a small fridge and a safe. The staff were very helpful and kind. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the evenings. We would go back again!

La estancia fue excelente. El lugar es limpio y cómodo. No había aire en la habitación, pero no es necesario.

Très bon emplacement, le personnel était très très agréable. La chambre était confortable même s'il n'y avait pas de climatisation et qu'elle n'était pas bien insonorisée. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

La ubicación del hotel pareciera que no es un hotel pues esta ubicado en una especie de centro comercial, ya adentro el hotel muy lindo y limpio, no tienen aire acondicionado solo te dan ventiladores, no entra nada de sonido a la habitacion lo cual es bueno, los alrededores no son tan bonitos, y restaurante cerca casi no hay, eso si esta bien ubicado.

El hotel es tranquilo el oersonal agradable pero la habiatacion estaba sucia aparentemente estaba limpia pero no caminabas sin zapatos y los pies se volvian negros ni siquiera podia salir de la ducha sin zapatos ademas de otra cosas q no me gusto es que no se porque es la segunda vez que reservo un hotel que no tiene aire acondicionado pero pense que todos lo tenian eso es algo a tener en cuenta si van a reservar tener en cuenta esto si es impirtanye para ustedes
