I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after.. Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived. Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request) The room was clean , spacious and tidy There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes. Toiletries were also provided The hotel is located 20 mins walk from the city centre , there are 2 very close by tram stations There are convenience stores and even a little market near by, it's a fantastic location slightly away from the main hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. I stayed in room 38 on the ground floor, luckily this room is shielded by a lot of trees which makes it very pleasant and it kept it cool during 28-32 degrees weather! The fan also helped .. I was allowed to store my bag after check out and to use the facilities as well. When I visit Krakow again I would definitely chose Milestone student living again. Thank you for all your kindness.

Great value, helpful team. Brand new student accommodation and very comfortable. Made good use of the mini kitchen. 15 minute stroll to main square or main train station. Only minus was ground floor room did not have openable window. But not needed even in mid 20°s. Recommended

Brand new structure. The rooms are air tight with no a/c so it's a little uncomfortable if you have a room facing the sun like mine. Staff were not always available at the front desk when they were supposed to be. Because of this I would knock off a few points but it is just minor.

It's not too far from various points of interest if you don't mind walking a bit. In exchange you have a very comfortable studio apartment.

Havalimanından trenle hemen yakınındaki istasyonda inip 5 dkkaya varabilirsiniz. Otelden ziyade lüz bir öğrenci yurdu. Konum olarak hem old town a hem de diğer gezilecek yerlere çok yakın. Tek sıkıntı odada klima yok hava rahatsız edecek kadar sıcak olmadığından bir problem yaşamadım. Özellikle tek seyahat edenler için fiyatı da düşündüğümüzde gayet makul. Tavsiye ederim

Un shart stay for 3 days just to discober the city and its charms! I had a great time. Loved it 👍👍❤️

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Appartment. Später check-in und Aufbewahrung des Koffers am Abreisetag waren problemlos möglich.

It is a nice budget stay It is a student living , so the community is mainly students. My room is on the ground floor so you may hear their laughter but after 00:30 , the place is very quiet. Spacious, kitchen is equipped but there is no hair dryer. The environment is generally clean but then I found my bed sheets was stained at the corner. Yet, I did not experience any allergies. Comfortable bed and pillow. 20minutes walk to the old town, grocery stores nearby . Communication is a major problem though, their reception are not always available. I was lucky enough that the check in day was a Monday so the staff are available in the afternoon, but other days the staff are only available until 1300. When I check out , there was no staff so I have to wait . Even they say I can try to borrow a hairdryer in the reception, but it was 2300when I found out that , so no one is available. I think the staff are mainly responsible for long term leases.

Tutto splendido tranne che la pulizia della camera e cambio asciugamani. Pensavo che dopo 2 gg almeno cambiassero lenzuola letto ed asciugamani, ma nulla...... forse er aun servizio in più da pagare..... ma dovrebbe essere automatico ed offerto al cliente. SI parla di pulizia ed igiene.

A lot of opportunities, Clean and modern rooms! You can Open the window only a small range! At first I had to make a reclamation, so Ive got a room that was actual cleaned before!

J’ai passé un séjour vraiment agréable, le personnel très sympathique. Très bien situé près des transports en commun et de différents commerces. Je recommande fortement cet établissement.
