Thank you, Hotel Kalimas. It was a truly memorable stay. The hotel is close to the Sunan Ampel Tomb, our main destination. A small caveat: the bathroom drain was a bit slow to drain.

The location is very strategic for pilgrimages to Sunan Ampel. The security guard service is friendly and good. The facilities are less than satisfactory. We got a room with a toilet without a lock, and the glass door was somewhat transparent. It's not very comfortable if you're with family (relatives' children, etc.). We didn't get anything except towels, but thankfully, we were lent a kettle for hot water. The cleanliness is a bit lacking; the towels are also a bit dated, and the sheets are old and dull. Sorry. Hopefully, this will be addressed for future improvements. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly. I got a room on the third floor, but it was quite a climb up the stairs, poor old man.
