Room was in the front and was very noisy.

The only “issue” would be No tv No safe No mini fridge No essentials but would be a great plus

Good location, comfortable bed. Breakfast sub par. A roll with jam and banana or apple. No extras. Milk for coffee first day, not the other two mornings. Shared kitchen and fridge ok. A bath mat for the shower would be appreciated as it is very slippery.

Good location - good be a touch confusing for some - but near nice restaurants, etc. Our room had a comfortable bed, the bathroom was serviceable. Communication could be better. They offer a breakfast and we were not told to pick up and wash our own dishes, but found out later when we got a talking to... They have a frig to keep food in and cooking and grilling facilities for guests to use. Also, upon arrival we were notified that we would have to pay cash - sorry for the inconvenience. But, overall, a good price for the room.

This hotel is well located just a half block off the artisanal restaurant street. So many great choices for dinner. And two blocks the other way is the Convento de San Francisco where there is a sol y luminar every night. 50 pesos from the bus station

A good find, in a great location and lovely staff. Despite concerns from other reviews about cleanliness, we did not find it dirty at all. Our main issue was the noise. Bring earplugs and you should be fine but be ready for barking dogs inside and outside of the hotel.

Check in was easy except the pressure I was given to pay in cash. The front gate is noisy when opened and closed at night. The hotel is small and sound carries really badly throughout it. Great location though, and very clean and comfortable.

Noise is a problem everywhere. This one wasn't an exception for us. We were unfortunate to land in room 4, next to the pool washrooms: it seems to hold some pump that was regularly getting triggered, also overnight. On top of that, the door to our room's bathroom would not swing without hitting the floor, which made quite a noise when pushing to unstuck it and close it. Otherwise, the place is gorgeous, the staff is super nice and it's located 100m away from Calle de los Frailes.

Simple clean accommodations as advertised. Great value. Great location that is walk-able to restaurants and shops.

Good hotel, very well located next to the center but in a very quiet street. Beautiful spacious room, super clean. Basic Breakfast included but does not start early enough (even for coffee) for people planning to get to Chichen Itza at opening

Excelente ubicación a pasos de Calzada de los Frailes. Muchas opciones para almorzar/cenar cerca. El hotel muy lindo y la habitacion estaba muy bien. Los recepcionistas muy amables!

El hotel en general está bien pero hay varios detalles que creo hubieran sido complicados de haber durado más ahí: el agua de la regadera después de un rato baja bastante su presión o simplemente deja de salir, solo uno de los contactos eléctricos sirve, realmente no tiene estacionamiento, el auto se queda en la calle, hay un refrigerador comunitario el cual está algo sucio. El desayuno consiste solo en pan dulce y fruta. El personal de limpieza es muy amable y es quien salva mucho el lugar

There is no parking in property, is a very good hotel 15 minutes walking from center. Of the city .but hotel is clean, peaceful .

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, el precio muy bien, los baños limpios, con aire y ventilador, no tiene tele. Al desayuno le faltaría proteína (huevo de menos). Lo recomiendo.
