Great reception. Nice welcome, safe neighborhood, clean and very cute space for 3 or 4 people.

El apartamento como tal está muy bien, cocina equipada, baño con muchas amenidades y muy buena ubicación. La limpieza es un área de oportunidad, ya que el sillón de la sala y las sillas del comedor estaban muy suci@s, daba mucho asco sentarse y no da una buena imagen.

Very comfortable apartment with all required amenities (fridge, stove, iron, ironing board), etc. Area is safe and quiet (for Mexico City).

The staff was extremely polite. The entire building was spotless. Close to anything you need. Will be the first place I will check on my next stay in Polanco

Great location!

This property was absolutely perfect, except it is too close to a major 6 lane street and hospital right down the road. Needless to say the sirens and honking horns made it difficult to have a good sleep.

I have never been in a room eith this much noise. A pair of earplugs must be provided as part of the amenities. I asked at reception for ones and they dis not have them. Didn’t have a good night. Place is nice and HVAC is great. Location is very good.

Location did not have parking. I had to leave my car out on the street and pay parking meter for 2 days. This was not communicted to me.

It is more like an apartment than a full-service hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The location was convenient: a 10-minute walk from stores and restaurants.

We had an incredible stay at this property. Really beautiful apartment with air conditioning (hard to find and important during the hot months in CDMX!), an incredibly comfortable and huge bed, great shower, wifi, beautiful sitting area. In a really nice, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend!
