Perfect location for us. A bit quieter neighborhood but still walkable from the main area around Shinjuku station and a short walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Super clean, new, apartment space. Kids loved the pull down projector. Very helpful to have in-unit laundry/dryer.

The accommodation is large and very clean with all you would need. It’s is located in a good and safe neighborhood, close to 2 different subway stations making it very convenient to get everywhere. There are also some really good food options in the area. The staff was very helpful.

I’m pretty picky and prefer nice rooms, but don’t want to pay for luxury. This was an excellent value. Very friendly staff, the room was very clean, modern, and had many living amenities like kitchen, refrigerator, kitchen, utensils, washing machine, etc. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Location was ideal, 5 to 15 minutes walk to major areas, but quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well. Highly recommend recommended and would stay here again.

I loved the stay here. Well kept, excellent amenities, feels like an apartment with all the amenities. Helpful and friendly staff.
