Where to begin about our 4 worst nights sleep ever. The bed mattress has been the worst thing I have ever tried to sleep on. Thin, hard and springs that dig into the body. Couldn’t sleep and on the first morning had pain everywhere. It would have been easier to sleep on the floor. We tried to contact the owners through the WhatsApp link in the email and after explaining the bed problem and asking for something, anything to put on it got a chat bot that said someone will contact us but that never happened. We spent 3 hours driving to Exeter and back to find a mattress topper which cost us £55 which made the mattress a little more bearable. Also reached out to the owners through Expedia but still no reply. As we're traveling from Australia we couldn't take the mattress topper with us but left it for the next unsuspecting souls. Also asked in the messages to be reimbursed for the the topper we bought, don't think that is going to happen. Would NOT stay here or recommend it to anyone.
