Absolutely terrible experience the property has very steep steps and is located on second floor I traveled with my 11 months old daughter and my wife was pregnant so it was almost impossible without a lift for us to go outside we planned and saved for this holiday 2 years ago but they ruined everything for us and they property and hotels.com refused to reimburse my payment because of their mistake we had to suffer a huge loss

Apartment is spacious and clean. Location is excellent although you need to find the many shortcuts to the surrounding streets... furniture are a bit old-fashioned, and some taps are separate for cold/hot, as is quite common in the UK... Narrow stairs to climb 2 floors, but this was expected
