I accidentally spotted this hotel on Traveloka. It turned out to be a soft opening. The location hasn't really caught on yet, as it's still in the Gadog area. It's not far from Summarecon Bogor, so it's free from traffic.
We stayed in a deluxe room. With a room size of approximately 36 square meters, it's very spacious and has a balcony. It seems comfortable enough for a family of 4-5 with an extra bed. The view from the room is also pleasing. At night, you can see the city lights of Bogor.
The swimming pool is quite large and comfortable. There are both children's and adults' pools. There's also a slide and swing area around the pool.
The restaurant is spacious and the food is delicious at a reasonable price. Dinner at the restaurant offers a view of the city lights. Breakfast offers a view of Mount Salak. The breakfast menu is quite varied for a newly opened hotel.
Check-in and check-out were very quick. The service was very friendly and responsive. We were escorted from the lobby to our room by a boogy cart. There's no telephone in the room; communication with the front desk is via WhatsApp, and the front desk is responsive.
There's also a minimarket managed by the hotel, with prices not much different from those of most convenience stores. So, if you need food, drinks, etc., you don't have to leave the hotel.
Because it's just a soft opening, some facilities aren't yet operational, such as the outdoor activities, electric bicycles, etc., and the trees are still small.
Suggestions for the Hotel:
1. Perhaps a shaded area could be provided for the pool area, making it more comfortable for children to swim.
2. Add lighting around the pool and playground.
3. Add lighting to the sky bridge area, especially at the stairs.
4. Perhaps a buoy-like barrier could be installed to mark the shallow and deep areas of the pool.
5. Perhaps a stone walkway could be installed in front of the rooms to avoid stepping on grass.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying here. I'd like to try the bungalows next.
