Check-in and check-out are smooth and the room is like a 4-star hotel room, got a coffee machine in every room 😍

The room was small but clean & new (for now). Check-in & out were smooth & location was superb, walkable to Imago mall. But do be careful with their shower/bathroom as the tiles were those slippery types. And their main lift is located in a public place so do be cautious as well.

Clean and comfy! Easy access and very near to Imago.

Best accommodation I have in Kota Kinabalu. Everything was perfect except the bathroom a bit clogged, the shower water flows very slow to the drain hole. Other than that, it is perfect. Located just opposite Imago Shopping Mall, with food and amenities all nearby. Will definitely book again if I am back in Kota Kinabalu.

It is strategically located near the shopping mall. There are many eateries, convenience stores, and coin laundry nearby. The room is modern and clean.

Clean and near Imago Mall, going to the airport is easy. But the phone number, when dialed, no one picks up. Hope to improve.

The receptionist is friendly. The room is spotless, and the bathroom amenities are quite complete. Location: Just a few steps to Imago Shopping Mall.
