Paying 18 million VND per night for a villa here, the service really can't compare to Intercontinental, Mia, or Regent (which cost 22 million VND) at lower prices. The restaurant food is disappointing, expensive, and lacks variety. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness are only 50% compared to other 5-star resorts. The kids' club doesn't have many toys; my child was out after only 20 minutes. The only positive point is the beautiful beach. Otherwise, it doesn't justify the room price.
