The service was very kind and friendly. Good location and easy access from the capital city. I would recommend it!

There wasn't even a bottle of water, room too cold, not enough light. Don't sell even a coke, breakfast wasn't even cooked there.

Everything is old , bad sheet and towel quality, bad furnishings , curtains too small for windows and you can hear everything happening in the hotel.

the room does not have a window for the air to circulate, just a small fan. Room with a lot of noise, dirty bathroom

Staff was courteous and always willing to help. Rooms were clean but lacked basic things like water bottles. Glass doors made it so that anyone passing by could look into your room when you are not there, which is not ideal.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast on the patio was quiet and peaceful (and yummy), the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the bathroom needs some love, but overall nice hotel.

Delightful hotel in quiet location but within an easy 15 minute walk of the Central Park. Arrived late but member of staff went out of his way to get us a drink and made us feel very welcome. Room led direct onto the roof terrace where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. Very comfortable bed which was much needed after travelling for 14 hours from UK!

I went to a wedding on Antigua and it was like my 3rd stay on this Hotel. For my surprise the hotel cancelled my reservartion without even noticing me. Talked to the hotel staff and they didnt care at all. I will never going to stay there and reccomend anyone to make plans with them. At the the end i was statisfied with the expedia staff solving my problem and relocating me on another hotel.

This is a unique facility/ Each room has its own personality and beauty. The staff are always positive and helpful. If you spend more than a day or two, you will feel like family.

If you want to get away from car horns and party sounds, this is the place for you, quietly tucked away on aback alleyway. At the same time, it is a short walk to all the more active parts of festive Antigua. The rooms have personality and warmth. The staff, despite some language difficulties, showed attentive care. Food is scarce within the hotel. However, if you want exquisite dining in a stunning environment, walk down the street one half block to the Santo Domingo Hotel. Cacao Boutique Hotel, unlike other larger hotels, isn't focused on making a dollar at every turn. They are fair. I will return.

I thoroughly recommend Cacao Boutique Hotel! The staff members are all very friendly, accomodating, and knowledgable. The hotel's location is terrific; it is quiet and a bit off the beaten path yet close to the main square. The rooms are lovely, spacious, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast is yummy! A delightful experience.

The mostly bilingual staff was friendly and helpful. A day into our stay, we learned from another guest that there was free bottled filtered water in the reception area refrigerator. You need to ask for glasses since there are none in the room. The room was spacious. The fabric arm chairs were faded but adequate. The windows could use some black-out curtains to allow sleeping beyond sunrise. There were approximately 8 breakfast options. The food was good. The service was slow to average.

Web enjoyed our stay at Cacao. The hotel is charming and included a delicious breakfast during our stay. Most important, the staff is excellent. They were always going the extra mile to assist us. Will stay there again.

Nice place but has some quirks. Hard to find. Strange bathroom configuration (low beam that resulted in heads being hit).

I splurged a little. Usually I go for more budget accommodations. But, relatively speaking price-wise, this is budget by North American standards. And luxury by any any other standard. Huge, delicious bed. Beautifully decorated. Walk in closet. Even the water, decanted in a stoppered glass bottle. What a pleasure. Fantastic breakfast, too. And when I had to take an early bus to the airport, they gave me a grilled sandwich to go.

Centrally located, clean, confortable and very friendly staff, super recommend for your stay at Antigua

Hotel staff was very helpful. We had a family crisis during our staff with lots of phone calls. they were very supportive. They were empty during the week, but busy on the weekend.
