I love staying here the energy in the hotel, the Breakfast is Perfect a block from the plaza de armas very safe very close to everything I missed this place already.

I really wish that I could give a review of this property, but I can't because when I arrived I was informed that the hotel overbooked itself and that the overflow clients were sent to their sister location: Hotel Rojas Inn. I booked this 4 months ago so they could've informed me and let me decide whether I wanted to stay at their sister hotel!. As soon as we walked in it was obvious that the quality was inferior! We did not get the triple room we requested, the room had no window! I was furious and demanded that we get a different room with a window! We were given another room with a window but the bathroom had a giant hole in the ceiling! The only silver lining was the breakfast. It was really good and the location was nice (near city square) I filed a complaint with Expedia and requested a refund.

There was no safety or security. Front desk shares information with vendors. Ie check in and check out.

Chegamos as 20:00 horas para o check in e nos passaram que o hotel teve problemas e nos encaminharam para utro hotel da mesma rede. Nao gostamos.

No nos dieron la habitacion supuestamente por que no servia la llave de agua, y nos mandaron a un hotel feo Rojas Inn, de 1 estrella

Foram duas diarias tranquilas, o hotel está muito bem localizado, pertinho da praça principal da cidade, as instalações são simples, o quarto é amplo, com cama grande e chuveiro quentinho. As funcionárias sao muito gentis. O cafe da manhã sem muitas opções mas foi satisfatório. Recomendo

Não é Hotel Boutique, falta manutenções e quartos ruins com muito barulho da cozinha, banheiro adaptado ao quarto sem Box/ cortina, muito ruim!
