For the price this was at best a 1-2 star motel. Toilet room smells like pee and not an unfortunate one that you could clean/spare away. Incredible strong smell. Sheets were not properly cleaned and carpet felt dirty. Beds were ok. Very disappointed by how strict their rules were and how unpleasant their customer service was. If you just need a place to sleep, go for it. If you are traveling for 2-3 nights, look at other options for the same price.

Enough space for 4 people.

Check-in was contactless, via a tablet, and quite smooth. Room lock is via a passcode so no need to worry about number of room cards. Apartment is quite roomy for our family of three, with a bedroom (with one double and one single bed), plus a larger living room (also with one double bed and one single bed). Even included a 3 person sofa and a small side table. Overall a very nice stay. Highly recommended for family of 3-4 persons. Can accommodate 6 but probably a squeeze.

The apartment was spacious and the layout very functional. Felt homey and would stay here again if we are visiting Fukuoka.

The location and floor layout is great, very spacious and functional. Having a washing machine helps. The only problem we encountered was during the check in process. Instructions on how to check in was not clear, so much confusion and frustration. I would suggest they also include English in the email.

Lived for 7 days, the overall experience is pretty good, place is clean. A lot of restaurants around the hotel which is quite convenient for us. The only comment is the rubbish bin is not big enough especially staying here for 7 days.

Noisy. We can hear car passed by. There's a construction nearby and the workers started working each morning at 8am.

Room was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a short stay. Love the washer in the room as it saved us from packing too much. The only issue we had was the slippers were uncomfortable but that’s not really the hotel’s fault. The other complaint I have is the noise - you can hear everything and we were on the 3rd floor. There is no noise insulation. The AC can be loud too and distracting as it runs through the night. Bring earphones.

This was a very strange property to stay at, with good and bad aspects. On the good side, the room was clean and new, comfortable beds, nice little kitchen. However the down side of this place was the traffic noise. The room faced a very busy street and the windows offered no sound insulation whatsoever. We had to wear earplugs every night and even then the noise from trucks and motorcycles was non stop. I’m sorry but this was not a quiet or restful place.

Online Check in/out easy. Good location, a out 10 minute walk to Hakata Station. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around.

Hotel was spacious and good. Only issue was the bathroom wasn't cleaned after previous guest.

兒童友善，隔音稍差，餐具舊了點，但整體很棒！

隨了要在線入住比住宿稅費用花時間外，其他都得好，地點理想

有廚房、微波爐、冰箱很方便，但電梯只有一台需要等比較久，入住手續時同時很多組房客就會有點擁擠。

客房乾淨，體驗很不錯，但是餐具應該要汰換，房間內的筷子上皆有脫漆，應該替換掉了。整體來說是很棒的住宿經驗！

入住202號房間，門口冇燈光照明，扣分。 房內間隔不錯（3床間隔），空間足夠3-4人入住，整潔程度可接受，冷氣機遙控比較污糟。 住2樓，車輛噪音都聽到

住宿雖離車站稍有距離，但走路其實也不會覺得很遠或很久，而且飯店附近就有兩間超市也有超商，周邊有餐廳可以用餐，非常方便！若有任何問題，客服回覆速度也很快，能很快解決問題！唯住宿較多天，房間垃圾桶滿了，打包後不再提供垃圾袋會比較困擾，因為購物大部份都用環保袋了，所以不會有太多多餘袋子可以使用，也不太可能再去買一卷垃圾袋，建議可以住宿幾天以上能多提供一次垃圾袋！
