After also staying in hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto, I much more prefer something like this residence. It is more like a small apartment rather than a crammed hotel room and has everything you need. There is no front seat check in and it is all done yourself with a code on the door or lockbox.

Great quiet location that is close to 2 different train stations. Very convenient to travel to Namba, where u really can find everything u need. There are couple of food places around but hours are kinda all over the place. All 3 convenient chains are within 3 block radius. Check in is very seamless and host is very responsive to messages on the app. Space is compact but has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend

This place was definitely the best place we stayed at while on our trip to Japan. Spacious, modern, comfortable and convenient. Close to the ashiharabashi station on the Osaka loop line, otherwise a 25 min walk to Dotonbori street.

Nice apartment. Beds were comfortable, and style of apartment is nice. Rear most bed is a bit difficult to get to. Unit looks pretty new.

Large spacious bed, kitchen with extractor fan, working air conditioner, bathroom with bathtub and shower plus extractor fan, not a lot of space to open luggage and outside smell sometimes comes in but good value for money

Pros: - The room was a decent size - The fridge had a separate compartment for the freezer - There was a microwave Cons: - The listings do not show you which room you are booking until they send you the door codes. This means that you could be unlucky and end up with a floor 1 apartment. I asked to switch rooms as soon as they told me that I was on floor 1 but they said all other rooms were booked. I checked their listing again and found there were still several other rooms available during my stay so I am pretty sure they were lying - Due to being on floor 1 and the front door being very thin, I could hear everyone entering and leaving the apartment - Similarly, I could hear a lot of traffic from the adjacent intersection - There is something really wrong with the water heater. Every time I turned on the hot water, it would turn on and it sounds like a jet engine. I never used it for too long because I was genuinely afraid it would explode

such a good find for staying in osaka. it’s close to the station but in a quieter part of the city. plus it has a little kitchen and in unit laundry. very nice and clean. i also messaged the host while there and they got back to me very quickly!! will be staying there again!!

Good place for a couple and there are 2 good size beds, but there is not a lot of room to move around or anywhere to sit other than the beds, so may not be suitable for more than 2 if you were planning on spending much time there. Also, we were on the first floor, so the windows were grayed out, which I would prefer to see out a window and close the blind when needed, but understand it was likely too close to the neighbouring building to do that.

Clean, great location. Away from the busy crowd. Easy instructions to get in and out.

This place is cold, takes ages to heat up. Water heater places in living area is very noisy especially at night if someone uses the bathroom

Great place to stay and really quiet area, out of chaos

The room did not suit our needs and was not as expected. The room appeared be to be much smaller than the quoted size and had far less space than other hotels with a smaller quoted room size. The main room appeared to have only one small power outlet on one side of the two beds, making it impossible for 2 people to plug in their devices at the same time. The room's advertised "city view" consisted of small frosted glasses ground floor windows, making the room very dark. Understandably, this is the compromise for privacy if you end up with the ground floor room. Also note that there are no chairs, and the only small table is on the elevated platform on which the beds are situated. (Also the location of the single power outlet). Lastly, the water heater turns on and makes a loud noise every time the main faucet is turned on. I am not sure if this is also the case with the shower, but be aware if two people occupying the room have different sleep schedules.

A fantastic hideaway in Osaka. Everything we needed for a week long stay - we'd happily stay again

とても綺麗な部屋でした。 ドライヤーだけ、ロングヘアの女性2人が使い続けると触らないほど熱くなって、発火しそうで少しだけヒヤヒヤしました。 欲をいうとシャンプーの泡立ちがあまり良くなかったため、少し多めの量を使うことになってしまいました… それ以外全体的に清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。
