Pro: clean room, great shower Con: 1.Required cash damage deposit because their system couldn't read my Wells Fargo credit card. 2. When I checked out I had to wait 15 minutes for one of the clerks to SLOWLY go to verify I hadn't trashed the room. 3. Wifi in room and on ground floor equally terrible. Gave up and used my phone hot spot. 4. Elevator button for ground level didn't work 90% of the time. Had to carry luggage down from 2nd floor. 5. Breakfast mediocre, service terrible. Generally speaking, the customer service was poor. I grew up in South America and my Spanish is accentless so it isn't a case of assuming "idiot gringo". It was a case of "we understand your complaints and we don't care." 5. There is another hotel with exactly same name five blocks away. Played havoc with directions.

It is not bad, but it is too basic for a 4-star hotel. With the same money you can get way better facilities in the area. In the room there was just a bottle of soap, and the breakfast was poor. The area is great, and the hotel is clean.

No restaruant. The amenities were quite old, towels completly usedup/Old, the curtain in our room had tears in it, and the claimed star rating of four for the hotel could harldy reach two (star). The hotel shoud be audited and its star rating reviewed.

Great place! Wld be great if we cld extend for later checkout, but unfortunately the staff have limited access

Custo x beneficio razoavel mas não espere muito do café da manha... extremamente simples, pão de forma com manteiga ou requeijao... alguns doces.. frutas muito pouco...suco de caixinha enfim muito longe de um café da manha de hotel. A recepçao foi muito boa até quando precisei na noite de 2a feira dia 18 de uma toalha que havia sido retirada do quarto. A recepcionista foi extremamente mau educada e foi pessoalmente no quarto para ver se era verdade sobre a toalha. Constatou a falta da toalha e foi buscar meio que obrigada. As outras recepcinista foram muito boas.

Hotel com excelente estrutura, camas muito confortáveis, banheiro incrível… só o café da manhã que é decepcionante, principalmente considerado o porte do hotel.

There is noting to eat for breakfast, they cannot say we have breakfast, they gave 2 small croissants and just a cup of tea or coffee. They didn’t put any water or tea bags in room. It is really made me disappointed

O quarto nao parecia muito limpo. Muito pó no chão. Banheiro excelente. Cama boa. Poderia ter uma roupa de cama melhor, a altura do hotel.

La habitación era muy confortable y estaba impecable. El personal muy amable. El punto más flojo es el desayuno

Al principio pensé: «¿Qué es esto?», con el ascensor y las paredes en reparación, pero una vez que terminen las obras, creo que se convertirá en un pequeño y encantador hotel. Justo en el barrio judío. Y el centro comercial Abasto está a menos de diez minutos a pie.

Hotel estranho, parece estar falindo, poucos funcionários. Até se esforçam. Café da manhã péssimo. N tem opções. Nada. Não repõe as louças. Elevador social quebrado e durante 5 dias não arrumaram. Os quartos até são bons, grandes, mas é só.

Hotel muito limpo e confortável. Região segura e com boas opções de restaurante e kioscos. Acredito que o café da manhã poderia ser mais completo, não tinha queijo nem presunto, ausência que nunca tinha visto em outros hotéis argentinos. Outro ponto negativo (apenas um dia), foi o excessivo barulho de uma funcionária que estava lavando os pratos. Parecia que era proposital, batendo os pratos sempre que respirava, algo fora no normal
