The sofa bed was less comfortable than the regular bed. The Wi-Fi was not high-speed, and the room safe remained locked throughout our stay despite our request to have it opened.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in so far. It’s well in city centre, close to attractions and more than that the room/rooms are so big in new condition and have great furniture and washroom. I would love to come again! ❤️❤️

Very clean rooms and place in great location, didn’t need the car to get around, great place!

Throughout our terrible stay, there was a smell in the room. A smell of sewer. And earlier, it was noisy everywhere. The person who takes care of lunch really cold! However, the location is good and it is rather pretty.

By not having a check-in desk can be confusing but once the check in process was done it was easy and relatively painless. Stayed here many nights and would do so again.

Excellent stay in Prague’s New Town! The hotel was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely stay here again.

No staff is visible until breakfast. But rooms are magnificient.

This was a great place to stay in Prague. My husband and I opted for a 2 bedroom suite (we both snore) and the rooms were large, comfortable and very, very clean. While I noticed that the property lists as having no elevator, it definitely does. We were on the 6th floor! We opted for the breakfast option and the food was fresh and there were lots of options with some changes each morning to keep it all new. The key thing to know is that there really is no front line staff. When you book you will get an email instructing you to fill out a check-in form. Afterwards, you will go back into the check-in form and you will see that they have issued you a PIN number the day you are arriving and you use this code at the front door and for your room. If you have trouble with the front door keypad, there is a button to press. We found that the "1" button sometimes did not work the first time you press it. You have to hear a "beep" to know that it worked. Otherwise, it was great.

I was so satisfied with this hotel. Clean, comfortable, and the shower was amazing! Book the suite.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Prague! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

Room was perfect for our family of 4. Good location within walking distance to everything. Rooftop terrace is wonderful in the evening.

Self check in was very easy and the room was quite spacious for our family of four. Description was quite accurate. We appreciated the coffee pods and tea bags. It was easy to find and nearby public transportation.

The property was very clean. The only thing that I very disappointed about was the fact that the room was for 4 people and there was no sheets and pillows available for the sofa bed and there was not enough towels.

Overall, everything about the property itself was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the stay was pleasant. The only concern was regarding early check-in. Even though I believe the room was already ready, we were not allowed to access it before the official check-in time. We had to leave our luggage downstairs in a common storage area shared with other guests, which felt somewhat uncomfortable from a safety perspective. Fortunately, nothing happened, but we did not feel completely secure leaving our personal belongings there while we were outside. So, for travelers arriving before check-in time, it is important to keep in mind that you may not be able to access your room early and may need to leave your luggage in the common storage area.

Very nice room very clean and quiet for the area and being on a loud Main Street. I had issues getting ahold of them for the check in details I didn’t realize the distance and issues getting there from the train station. I would advise to get a uber. That 10 minute walk is all on cobblestone streets and across an area where there is construction.
