Good service and friendly staff

Very comfortable for families of inpatients at the Heart Hospital, strategic location.

I stayed at Balairung Hotel 2 days ago. The lobby smells clean, the room is clean, the bathroom is clean, and the food is delicious. I loved it.

The hotel staff is friendly and the food is varied and delicious too.

The AC wasn't cold enough, even though it had been refilled with freon and fixed by the staff, it still wasn't cold. Then I complained for the second time, and they said they would contact me again regarding the policy of changing rooms, but they didn't contact me until morning. That's the only downside, even though there were still empty rooms. As for breakfast, it was delicious. The food variety was also quite extensive.

It's that good for the price of around 300, you can get satisfaction and the room is really spacious

Stayed at the Horison Balairung Hotel Jakarta to take my parents to the hospital. What was most impressive was the friendliness of all the hotel staff. They went out of their way to provide the best service and help guests. Wheelchairs were available for guests who needed them, and the security guards were very helpful in helping us push the wheelchair to our room and to the Heart Hospital next door. Thank you for your hospitality. The room was quite spacious and airy with a large window offering a city view. There was a wardrobe and refrigerator. Drinking water was available from a dispenser in the hallway, so guests could get it themselves whenever they needed it. Some rooms were not fully renovated, with broken tables, untidy ceilings, or peeling wallpaper. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future.

Best hotel in Central Jakarta for the price. I booked a superior room, but since the non-smoking rooms were sold out, the hotel upgraded me to a Deluxe for free. Thank you, Balairung ❤️

I've stayed here several times and everything's fine. But this time the AC is a bit uncomfortable, it makes a squeaking sound every now and then.

Stayed here on August 1-2, 2025. Pros: The location is strategic and easy to reach. The lobby is quite spacious, and the service is excellent. Amenities are complete, and the hot water is good. Breakfast has a wide selection. That night, I ordered fried rice to be brought to my room, and it tasted good, 8/10. Cons: Perhaps because the hotel is older, the room feels neglected. Some areas are dusty. The bedsheets aren't spotlessly white, with many stains. The bathroom toilet is yellow. It probably needs to be replaced.

The check-in process was smooth and fast.

The vegetable lontong is delicious. All the menus taste satisfying. I have told about it and sent photos to my relatives and friends.
