Beautiful hotel! Very well maintained, with beautiful gardens and 2 swimming pools. Very nicely decorated and very peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom towels are very nice and fluffy. It’s just a beautiful hotel.

We had a great stay, the staff was wonderful from check in to check out. Everyone was always personable and ready to assist anyway needed. The room was great with a comfortable bed and we enjoyed the balcony. Also an added bonus was the hotel shuttle was great for getting around town and dining at off site restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a total of two nights. Wonderful hotel and setting. Staff were incredibly attentive, my only comment is that lots of the bar and waiting staff were slow at what they did and were possibly not trained sufficiently

We had a great time at the lodge. The staff were friendly and professional, and Mr. Hopewell went the extra mile to make everything possible for us. The garden was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. If we ever go again to Victoria falls, we would stay at the waterfalls lodge.
