The property is new and nice , but there’s still work in progress such as getting the STp recycled water in proposer order as the water being used for the commode tends to give off an unpleasant odour , hopefully this gets fixed quickly

I stayed in lemon tree for 2 nights. It’s new property. It was great experience. The rooms are clean and spacious. The lobby looks luxurious. The restaurant buffet was well arranged and food was delicious, specially pasta and Thai curry. The location is slightly off the main area. I had to be dependent on hotel restaurants for food. Nearest good restaurant is 500 meters away, one can easily take cab/auto to reach. Overall, it was great experience.

Room was too hot but very clean. Hotel is a bit on the pricey side for included amenities. Staff at front desk was nice but service staff lacked knowledge on how to reset temperature and other aspects. If you buy board, it cuts off and does not include room service. It is not a good option for those visiting Thirumala. So though the restaurant service and food was excellent, pay as you go. It is definitely worth visiting the restaurant if you stay here.
