It was terrible. The toilet was clogged, the water wouldn't come out, and there was only one outlet, so I had to turn off the TV to charge my phone. I won't be staying here again. Very disappointed. The price is high, but the quality is poor. It's not worth the price.

My second time here, the view is as impressive as ever. The staff is friendly, especially Mas Dodit, who is always quick to respond. The only downside is that, with the cold air, the rooms don't provide slippers. Otherwise, it's safe ☺️

The room was very small, very cramped. Inadequate facilities, dirty and broken cupboards. The TV channels were not clear, like watching old-school TV, not yet smart TV. The towels were very, very small, not like towels in general, they should be used as doormats. There was no chair, no water heater, no electric kettle. As soon as I entered the bathroom door was immediately broken, could not be opened. Luckily it was not locked inside. Slippers, towels, doormats, tissues had to be requested first before being delivered. So far, in several attempts at several hotels, this was the most dud. I felt like going back quickly.

Everything is fine. Security is fine, cleanliness is fine.

The standard room we chose was nice and clean. The air conditioning and TV worked, but the hot water in the bathroom didn't work. Towels and toiletries were provided. The service was friendly, thank you.

The service was excellent, but the room cleanliness was a bit disappointing. The sheets and blanket were dirty, with bloodstains and stains. Luckily, the staff responded quickly to exchange them. The cleanliness could probably be improved. That's the only downside. It needs to be further improved.

I checked in at midnight, and the staff were available and super friendly. Security was also present and actively monitoring the area. I upgraded to a larger room overlooking the pool, and it was a great choice. The room was spacious, with a usable TV and various other amenities. There was a mini-fridge and a large wardrobe with removable hangers. I would definitely return here. By the way, the pool isn't large, but it has two pools. Perfect for taking the kids swimming.

The hotel, for the price I got, was really worth it. The view is beautiful, and there's a cafe by the pool. It's nice, but quiet, so maybe many people don't know about it. Try to increase the promotion so the cafe will be more crowded like the Puncak cafes that went viral on social media. The menu prices are also affordable, plus there's cool live music. The rooms are adorable, spacious, the deluxe ones, the staff are also on standby, and the Wi-Fi works well. So far, it's according to the ratings I saw when searching. Thank God, I found a comfortable place to stay at a reasonable price. I got a delicious breakfast, a beautiful view, and a clean room. I stayed here for 2 days. 🥰 Overall, it was great. 💓

So far, the room is comfortable and clean. It offers a direct view of Mount Gede Pangrango when you wake up in the morning, and the breakfast is delicious. Please provide bathroom amenities in the future (no soap and shampoo), no tissue in the room, only toilet paper, and minimal power outlets for charging your phone, none of which are provided near the bed, and there is no power outlet for boiling water on the TV table.

This was my second stay at this hotel, but I got a standard room near the lobby. The room wasn't very large, lacked a wardrobe, and didn't provide a hot water kettle. There was bottled water, glasses, and spoons, but no tea, coffee, or sugar. Towels, toothbrushes, and soap had to be requested in advance, and there were no mats or tissues. Hopefully, the standard room service will be improved in the future for customer convenience.

The staff is friendly. You can ask for help finding a motorbike to rent while you're in Puncak. It's a great way to avoid the traffic jams.
