The Housekeeping service was terrible, the attitude of the cleaning lady as well as the housekeeping manager was insane. I had to go look for them in order for them to clean our room. honestly, I had big expectations on this place to stay, but I am very disappointed with the results. I really encourage you to do something about it.

Excellent location in Polanco, near of many restaurants. The room was very confortable.

Is very well locate near to restaurants and shopping places in Polanco. Clean property and good size apartments.

Great self-service hotel. Modern, clean. Has a nice gym. Would stay there again. The downsides were that there is only one elevator and it didn’t work for 2 days, and the rooms can be noisy because of people coming and going in the hallways.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price We were very disappointed with our stay at Utopic Platón by ULIV. It was never mentioned anywhere that the unit is located below basement level (minus 2). This is something guests should be clearly informed about. For the price they charge, there are definitely much better options available. The room itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was not. One of the neighbors was smoking marijuana, and the smoke and strong smell came directly into our room on the last night, making it very uncomfortable. The entire building is bare concrete with no proper insulation, so you can hear every movement and noise from other units, very loud and far from relaxing. Overall, far too expensive for what they offer, and we will definitely not return.

Everything was excellent: service, cleanliness, comfort.

Staff was very friendly. The location was very good, across the street of a large department store. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The one thing that did bother me is that I could hear the neighbors when they talked as if they were in the same room with me and that apartment, despite having a heating system, was cold. That said, I would recommend it.

Location, room and staff were absolutely great! Public parking is about 1/2 mile away. Street parking is very limited has to circle several times. Definitely would stay again.
