The hotel is newly opened, and the overall experience was pleasant. I especially appreciated the complimentary photography service offered once per stay — a unique touch that adds value. They also served a welcome drink on arrival, which made check‑in feel warm and thoughtful. Breakfast was prepared fresh to order. The restaurant food in general was consistently good. The location is quite far from the city, but the peaceful surroundings and great views make it a relaxing escape.

Our stay at the Adiwana Alas Harum was absolutely incredible and made our anniversary trip to Bali unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond, especially when we accidentally booked the wrong dates. They were so accommodating and helped us without making the situation stressful, which meant a lot to us. The room was exactly what I hoped for-- beautiful, peaceful, romantic, and perfect for celebrating out anniversary. The jungle views and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a dream. The couples massage and flower bath at the spa were amazing and honestly on the highlights of our trip. It was relaxing, luxurious, and such a perfect experience for us a couple. The food was excellent throughout our stay, and every single staff member made us feel welcome. Everyone greeted us with kindness and genuine hospitality every time we walked around the property. You can tell they truly care about the guest experience. This place gave us memories we'll never forget and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for couples, anniversaries, or anyone wanting a peaceful luxury stay in Ubud.

I came to here by myself to stay five nights. The view of the forest is amazing from the room. The coffee machine, 6-7 tea choices with a teapot, fruits, sodas etc were complimentery in the room. Breakfast and meals are also amazing at the restaurant with a live music in the evenning. I used the gym which has a really nice view. Also had a deep tissue massage at the spa which was amazing. I usually dont write reviews but this hotel deserves a good review. I really eant to thank to all the staff who are really helpful and kind.

What an amazing stay we had at Adiwana Alas Harum! Our villa was beautiful. The property was spectacular. Our morning breakfast was always a highlight of our day. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Gektin in reservations went above and beyond helping to set up a surprise for my girlfriend. Her assistance was very much appreciated. Every server we had at the restaurant was always very nice and welcoming. From the manger to the chef to the staff, we enjoyed chatting with everyone. Thank you to the entire crew for making our stay such a memorable experience. We will definitely return our next Bali vacation!

Unser Besuch im Adiwana Alas Harum war eines der Highlights unserer Reise auf Bali. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet und eingebettet in eine traumhafte Naturkulisse mit spektakulären Ausblicken auf die umliegende Landschaft. Besonders der Infinity-Pool war ein echter Hingucker und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Alles war sehr gepflegt, sauber und hervorragend organisiert. Die Atmosphäre ist ruhig, luxuriös und gleichzeitig authentisch balinesisch. Als Paar haben wir die Zeit hier in vollen Zügen genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Wer in Ubud nach einem besonderen Ort zum Entspannen, Geniessen und Fotografieren sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

De l’accueil, passant par la chambre et les services, tout était parfait, le personnel était au petit soin et au moindre détail prêt. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était parfait, proche d’UBUD mais branché dans une colline donnant sur une magnifique jungle. Merci à Widnyana pour son amabilité et son professionnalisme et pour son échange de culture et d’information balinaise. Je vous recommande pleinement cet endroit.
