The staff were great, place was very well kept, food was good. The only issue was minor and it was the toilet handle was broken but still kind worked not a big enough issue to complain about room 513 sorry forgot to mention it on my way out

This place was amazing, it had all the most modern enough to date amenities and the bed was very comfortable It's still smelt like a new building. I loved it

The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. It’s new so obviously everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast for was above average especially compared to the competition. Would definitely stay here again on our travels through Thunder Bay.

The staff here are amazing. It felt like a home away from home. Wish there was bacon at the breakfast and a little more green space for the dog but that is coming. Thank you for a few great days.

Very comfortable. Loved the suites for families.

Nice staff, comfortable beds and bathroom, good breakfast and food. AC is a bit loud, and the pool was inaccessible due to some contamination. Overall, we had a good stay.
