The resort is nestled in a pine forest, offering fresh, cool air and a peaceful, picturesque lake view. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive. The rooms are new, the facilities are new, and clean. I will definitely return. If they could provide dormitory-style accommodation for drivers, it would offer more resort options for guests with drivers.

The restaurant food was quite good, however, there aren't as many dining and entertainment amenities as other resorts. It's perfect for those who want to slow down for a few days, enjoy the fresh air, and recharge 🥰

A wonderful experience for our whole family here. It's truly a safe, beautiful, clean, fresh, quiet, and well-maintained haven… overall, a great experience. There's a communal room where you can watch movies, do yoga, or play family games together – it's fantastic. You can have three meals a day, go hiking, and then relax in your room – it's never boring! :) One suggestion is to add an extra bed policy for families with children, and the surcharge of 600k VND per child per night is a bit expensive. 😆

My family had a wonderful experience here. Although the location is a bit far from the city center, we were able to immerse ourselves in nature, enjoying the incredibly pleasant atmosphere. Waking up to the tranquil lake, the rustling of pine trees, and the birdsong. The staff were incredibly friendly; Mr. Tuan at the reception, the manager, and the staff at the restaurant all gave me an indescribable feeling of warmth and friendliness. Thanks to everyone. Oh, and on our way back, the owner, a Singaporean, even kindly asked for our feedback on how to improve the resort. I truly saw a whole team working towards the future of the resort. Once again, I thank the team for giving my family such a wonderful holiday.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was new and had a great view. The staff are friendly. It was very quiet at night and I slept well.

The resort has a stunning and peaceful view, living up to its name, Haven in the Pines. The staff are very friendly and lovely. The buffet features a different selection of hot dishes daily; there are few options, but they are all high quality.
