We arrived late at dawn for check-in and had requested a room near the elevator due to a foot issue. The customer service representative informed us that there were no rooms near the elevator and non-smoking, and offered a free upgrade even though it was a bit far from the elevator. So far, the room is very comfortable and clean, with complete amenities. The toilet is also clean and tidy, perhaps considering a non-slip mat in the shower area. We tried almost all the facilities, such as the gym, which could use a bit of an upgrade, although its functionality is OK. And the restaurant, the staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious, solid and worth a try. Housekeeping is also very helpful, when I had an accident and was injured, they quickly helped me find a band-aid downstairs. Access to everywhere is also easy, whether by taxi, travel, or online transportation, even Purwosari station is just across the street. There are also quite a lot of culinary options around. Recommended for family staycations or business.

Never get bored when you go to Solo staying here, it's clean, the staff are friendly, the security is very quick to help with loading/unloading.

The friendly hotel staff made me feel comfortable and safe from the moment I checked in. The hotel's proximity to the station makes it a great choice. But what really impressed me was the breakfast. I'll definitely be back.

Everything was great except for the receptionist's hospitality when I arrived at the hotel at 5 AM. Probably because we arrived very early, the receptionist was not so kind and rude.

Perfect for kids who love trains, the train is located across from Purwosari Station, where you can ride the Jaladara or Batara Kresna. It's also close to the Makutho Solo souvenir shop.

Stayed for 3 days 2 nights, the AC was always turned off completely centrally around 3-5 am... made us never come back to this hotel... terrible!!!

The best and close to the station so it's convenient if you want to go to Jogja, just take the KRL.

The food was really delicious, but check-in was almost 7 pm, but the room I booked was still not ready, so two beds were put together.

A family-friendly hotel in the center of Solo. The rooms and toilets are clean. I like the atmosphere of the rooftop restaurant the most, especially on romantic nights. The food menu is also quite delicious.

The hotel is comfortable, with clean rooms and bathrooms, and a strategic location right across from the train station. The swimming pool is clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again next time I visit Solo. Recommended.

Check-in was quite fast from the receptionist to the room, the vehicle parking is quite spacious with both outdoor and basement areas, breakfast is quite delicious to be enjoyed on the 5th floor with a city view, and complimentary mineral water that can be refilled independently. There are 2 dispensers on each floor. What needs to be improved is that the refrigerator inside is a bit less cold and the backlight of the bed needs to be repaired, otherwise it is quite good.
