This review is simply me stating the facts. First of all, there's construction going on at the property. I'm not sure what they're doing, but it was from early in the morning till late at night. I could hear it a bit with my door closed but it wasn't horrible. The water in the shower never got hot - it was warm at best. I stayed there 2 nights. After the 1st night the maid came and made the bed - that's it. No new towels in the bathroom, she didn't wash the plate or cup in the sink and didn't refill anything. It was nice to have a little kitchen but there wasn't a towel or paper towels, which would have been nice. I did appreciate that the room had a Nespresso, but the cleaning lady didn't leave new pods or creamer. I got some from the front desk, who were all very nice I should add. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was a good one. Except when I went to bed on Friday night I could hear a local loud music from a restaurant or something nearby. It went on until at least midnight. Would I stay there again? Maybe, especially if I knew I could get hot water out of the shower. The front desk said it should have been hot. It was a good location in Polanco with plenty of food and coffee shops within a very short walking distance.

The hotel was great overall and we enjoyed our stay. However, we ran out of water during our stay, only one roll of toilet paper was provided per day, and a few times I called the front desk but nobody answered. These are small things that could be improved to make the guest experience even better.

Room was clean , location was really convenient, walking distance to lots of good coffee shops and restaurants, staff was friendly and helpful

el cuarto olía bastante mal, la cama no fue nada cómoda y no había ni toallas ni almohadas suficientes, ni siquiera un tapete para el baño. Lo que sí es bueno es la ubicación.

VERY conveniently located! Short walks to highlights of Polanco; DiDi taxi served well to get me everywhere I needed to go.

Great hotel !

Great stay. Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms have beautiful design and are very spacious. They have a well equipped kitchenette. Beds were a little hard and I couldn't get the Roku TV to work. Other than that, this was a great stay.

Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling to Polanco.

This will be a nice property a year from now. They are still working on the building, and from early morning until late afternoon you can hear very loud noise from the construction. Very disappointing. Sometimes the noise was so loud that I had to leave the building. On the other hand, the staff were very friendly. The building is brand new, and the room is clean and elegant.

Todo increíble, muy cómodo, solo una de mis habitaciones no tenía agua caliente y no lograron resolver la novedad. Pero sin duda volvería a hospedarme siempre

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente. Se tardar bastante en resolver y comunicármelo. El lugar está “bien” pero puede mejorar su calidad, he pagado cantidades similares por este concepto de estadías en Polanco y hay mejores.

Esta propiedad podría ser una de mis favoritas si no fuera por el ruido... Es imposible dormir con la cantidad de ruido que hay en la calle... Los balcones deberían de tener mejores ventanas, fueron dos noches muy duras y difíciles.

Nada en especial, lo malo es las obras que siguen haciendo. Hay mucho polvo en los pisos superiores. El trato muy regular

Muy malas instalaciones, todo bastante maltratado. Se oye absolutamente todo de los otros cuartos y de afuera (las ventanas no aíslan absolutamente nada). Construcción en la azotea que no cesó hasta las 9 de la noche y cuando preguntaba solo daban largas.

Todo perfecto, buen lugar y excelente ubicacion.
