I stayed here for one night, May 2nd-3rd, the room cost over 1 million VND.
The room was new and clean, but the air freshener smell was very unpleasant and strong. The room was much smaller than I expected and felt stuffy. I stayed on the lobby floor, so the view of the hotel's coffee garden was very relaxing, although it was quite noisy at night because guests often went in and out of the garden.
Because the staff seemed like family, I found the reception staff's attitude not very welcoming or professional. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, just one bowl of beef noodle soup per guest, which was okay. The kitchen staff were very nice. They charged for bottled water at check-out (the staff didn't inform guests about this during check-in), which is nice, but please remember to inform guests about chargeable amenities in the room in the future. I think the general prices in Mang Den are like that, but this room was still overpriced considering the price and service.
