The hotel is brand new. The rooms are comfortable, with smart TVs. The hoteliers are very helpful and responsive. And it's close to everything. Absolute best!

The hotel is only 6 months old, so everything is neat and clean. Take the executive room, which is quite large. There's a refrigerator and a large wardrobe, so you can store your clothes for a few days. The restaurant doesn't seem to be operating normally yet, just a small room for breakfast. The staff is friendly. There are cute cats in the parking area. Thank you. See you again if you're in Bandung again.

The rooms and the entire hotel are clean, there's an elevator, the parking area isn't very large but the parking attendants are helpful, it's close to everything, it's easy to find food nearby, and the staff are very helpful. Great hospitality.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the lobby has automatic doors. The reception staff is friendly. The rooms are also comfortable; choose one with a balcony for relaxing outside. There's a built-in hairdryer in the wall and in the bathroom, so you don't have to worry about running out of hairdryers if you're borrowing one.

The hotel's location is strategic and it looks brand new. The staff is also friendly and helpful, especially the security guard who was always on hand to tidy up our parking lot. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't very soundproof, so it's quite noisy when someone opens or closes the door. The sound of passing motorbikes can still be heard loudly, and the keycard expires every day, making it a hassle to have to reactivate it in the lobby.

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel building is new. The rooms have balconies, which, although small, are cozy. It's a relatively short walk to PVJ and Ciwalk.

This hotel is highly recommended! I'll definitely be back next time I visit Bandung.

The room was very nice and clean. The air conditioning was cold and the hot water worked well. Perhaps a water station on each floor could be improved.

New hotel, quiet environment, friendly staff, just a bit dusty, maybe because there are still some spots that are still under renovation and the building next door is under construction, the room balcony cannot be accessed because it is locked.
