Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accès facile à la chambre qui est très confortable et très propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié la tranquillité des lieux, l’utilisation d’une cafetière et d’un salon.

A fabulous place! The room was large enough to store two bicycles overnight. Comfortable double bed. Access to free laundry and a full kitchen. Fridge, microwave, coffee in the room. Beautiful tree and river view. Clean and quiet

My 12‑year‑old son and I stayed for a night at this place, and we loved it. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. The in‑unit microwave and fridge were very handy, and the shared full kitchen and laundry were a great bonus. We were amazed by the beautiful view of the St. Lawrence River right from the unit. If the sky hadn’t been cloudy, we would have enjoyed some stargazing too. Thank you — we look forward to staying here again.

La chambre était magnifique et d'une grande propreté. Près de toutes les commodités (alimentation, pharmacie). Ameublement moderne.

propre, bien situé, accès à une grande cuisine commune et salon commun, buanderie. Le balcon commun nous permettait de voir le fleuve et de prendre les couchers de soleil. Par contre, l'unité est très petit, on a de la difficulté à circuler à deux. Dans la salle de bain, on n'a très peu de place pour placer nos accessoires de toilette, médicaments, brosse à cheveux et fer à friser etc. Le code donné n'était pas bon pour la deuxième journée. Une chance que la femme de ménage est passée et nous a ouvert les deux portes. La télévision était très compliquée à sélectionner des postes francophones. Aucun concierge sur place pour nous aider.

Property was very clean, quiet, offered great amenities like laundry, stove, fridge, microwave in room and communal area as well as large communal lounge and dining room. Price was very reasonable. Would book again for sure. Stayed 12/07/2026. Only negative I can think is, for room 207, bed is small for 2 person, a bit hard. No elevator also.

Great bright room with a view of the St Lawrence. Would recommend they put dimmer switches in the room but beyond that - this room can exactly as promised. Would recommend !

Great location, clean, efficient and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Our room came with a balcony, which we took full advantage of. The owner makes himself readily available to his guests if questions arise. Good communication, which is important in this age of AI. Amenities you can take advantage of, as well.

The room that we booked was very small and had a double bed. For two people it was tight however we just stayed one night. I am sure there’s other properties on site that are bigger. Perhaps it was in the listing and I missed it. Based on the photo in the listing, I assumed we would have a water view, but we had a view of the parking lot. Not a big deal since we were there for one night and the primary purpose of booking was to get some sleep and continue our travel. The room is very clean. I would stay at this property again.
