I was so happy to be able to stay at Trans Hotel. All requests were met, from writing mirrors and birthday cakes. But it was a shame that when I checked in, the elevator was being repaired, so I had to wait for about an hour in the lobby. The AC in the room wasn't cold, but overall everything was good. The staff were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the cleanliness was great. Thank you Trans Hotel 🥰🫶🏻. Please improve your service again 🥰

The Trans Jakarta Hotel in Cimanggis, Depok, is excellent, well-maintained, and reasonably priced. It's a great place for a relaxing weekend getaway. It's close to Jakarta and the toll exit is close, and the toll road is also inexpensive. Highly recommended.

All the staff are very friendly. We arrived at 12, thank God the room was ready with our requested wedding anniversary decorations and we were able to enter the room right away. When we entered the room, everything was already on, the room was already cool, my God, the service was top notch. Very kid-friendly, to the point where the kids didn't want to go home. The food was also delicious, but some of the food took a long time to be refilled, perhaps because we came during the high season and it was very busy, and we got a table at the back near the escalator. But overall, it was very satisfying. I want to come back again next time, and try it on a weekday.

My first time staying at the Trans Hotel in Cibubur... 1. I deliberately arrived a little early, at 12:30 PM, to register, get my Trans Studio tickets, leave my luggage, and play around. The app only allows check-in until 3:00. When I arrived at the reception, I was immediately given the room key because the room was ready. It's AMAZING! It's rare for a hotel to allow early check-in even when the room is ready... 2. The staff are incredibly friendly, not just to the parents but to the kids as well... always greeting them and chatting with them. They always let me know if they want to play, there's a kids' corner on the 21st floor... which is the best in my opinion. There are also games in the afternoon at the swimming pool, so the kids don't just swim, but also have activities there. I think the swimming pool is smaller than the Trans Bandung one, because today it was really crowded with parents waiting for their kids to swim standing up... so it was a bit crowded. 3. We tried dinner on the 22nd floor at the sky bridge which is really trendy, the view is really great... the place is cozy, the food is delicious, the portions are huge, plus the night view is SO GOOD. 4. BREAKFAST... I got the second batch from 9-11 AM... usually when staying overnight, breakfast is always at 6/7 AM... this time I got it at 9 AM. As a result, the kids were already hungry. Arriving at the third floor at 8:40, we were asked to wait because the first batch wasn't finished yet. But while waiting, they let us eat bread and drinks first. Maybe they were mostly families with children waiting for breakfast. For me, this was the BEST... so we could still squeeze in... Maybe because of the limited space and the large number of guests because it was a long weekend, after the second batch arrived, the food was extraordinary for me, it was really complete... because there was so much, I was confused so I took things that are rarely found in other places when staying overnight. The dim sum was the best, especially the chicken feet, which I had to double. The sushi is really delicious, especially the cheese ones 🫶.. Overall, the breakfast menu is really delicious 🫶 Overall, I will come back here again, just not during the high season so it's quieter💝

I'll be back here on my next trip. The service is excellent. The rooms are clean.

Breakfast is divided into two sessions (I got session 1, from 6:30 to 8:30 WIB. I arrived at 7:15 WIB, and brought two children (one paid because he was already 9 years old). At 8:00 WIB, we were reminded that we had to clear the area at 8:30 WIB, so my family and I felt very uncomfortable eating in a hurry, even more complicated because it was difficult to get small children to eat quickly. Maybe in the future, we can think about dividing it into two places instead of two sessions if the dining area is too small.

Should have a snack booth near the pool so kids can enjoy a light meal after swimming.

The new hotel is still clean, nice, has kids-friendly facilities, and the staff are friendly and very quick.
