Good for the price, a little run down but sheets were clean. The rooms aren’t very soundproof so you can hear everything going on in the hallway and in near by rooms.

The breakfast was great, it needed a better cleaning around the baseboards and behind furniture. Even though the gentleman behind the counter checked our room before we left, it took 8 days to get my deposit for incidentals back. I know from other stays, it is given immediately. I think this establishment keeps customers deposits for longer to collect the interest in the bank for themselves. Not acceptable!

I love this place.My family had a very good stay. Staff were very friendly and kind and made our stay very comfort. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and families.

The only comment that we can offer is that the taps to the bathtub did not allow for any bath or shower activity, and than when the local maintainence man came and solved the constant drip/dribble/flow at the tub aps, the hot water supply to the sink was shut off - saved me a lot of washing up. Andlastly, my wife left her reading magnofier in a drawer in one of the cabinets in the room. Could that be forwarded to us for a fee?? Thanks Glen Sollid

I was in room 210. Very musty smell from A/C unit. Had to shut it off. The tiling grout in the bathroom has black mold on it. Looks like the shower wall had a poor tile replacement job which is likely causing the wall behind the tile to absorb water. Staff was kind, polite and helpful.

We had a very nice stay with the exception of all the basketball players staying on our floor by our room. They were extremely noisy and bouncing the ball constantly I believe someone must have complained as the noise stopped completely at 9.felt very relaxed with all the amazing security everyone was so friendly especially the fellow at the front desk when we arrived Yasin we have never been greated as well at any hotel we have stayed in. He was so very very nice and very informative about the whole place. He also offered and helped us carry all our luggage to the room and said if there Wes ANYTHING we required to call him. Wow he was so very special and we so need this in the world as it stands. We would truly stay there or refer it again

What was unique about the property, is there's a restaurant a pool a gift shop and it's really close to other shopping conveniences. The structure is dated, and it seems that the staff are in the process of updating all the amenities. The room was acceptable clean, but there weren't very many conveniences in it staff or friendly, will responsive, and professional. The cost was just right for what was offered. It's decent place if you just want to place to stay, to sleep, and to get up and go in about your daily business. If you want something fancy, this is not the place. This is a place that's a good value and meets the needs of a traveling person.

The front desk manager, Adnan, was very helpful. He was able to get a room on the main floor for us. He was very nice, as were all the staff we had encountered with. The breakfast was very good, at the restaurant onsite. Very friendly people all around. I was disappointed that the pool was not operational, but that does not change the fact that I would stay here again.
