We really enjoyed our stay at The George. It was authentic, absolutely clean as a whistle and the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. It is an authentic old inn so there were some creaky floors but it fine for us. The staff and the food were amazing. I would stay here again.

The room was fine but as we went on the hottest day of the year it was like an oven. We were provided with a large fan though. Other than that it was a lovely building and the staff were great.

Very lovely room,very pleased with everything, would recommend and would definitely stay again, charming pub beautiful inside and out.
