The hotel staff was very friendly. The cleanliness and tidiness were excellent. There was a slight issue with the air conditioning, which wasn't cooling in the room, and it was a bit hot. Hopefully, this can improve and enhance customer service. We highly recommend staying here, and these minor issues can be addressed. Thank you, Claro Pandurata.

My second stay here, the room was comfortable and spacious. The only downside for me, who gets a little hot, was that the air conditioning in room 510 wasn't cool enough. Overall, it was fine.

The room was large and clean, and the bathroom was also large. However, only one elevator was functioning. The convenience store was a bit far away. There's a restaurant in the hotel, which was reasonably priced and quite tasty. Breakfast on the first day was delicious.
