Honestly, I think... The location is lacking... because it's near the main market... so when you open the window, the room looks shabby and dirty 🙂 As for the room, it's comfortable... It's just that the facilities are all mediocre in terms of design and layout. They label themselves ⭐4 just because they have a small swimming pool. Well, it's okay for kids... but for adults, I don't think so.. 😂 Because the swimming pool is located near the lobby and main entrance... and the ⭐4 standard is really forced on everything... from the amenities, the glass, the quality of the shower, etc.... this is more of a transit hotel.. 🙂 The bed is comfortable, because the hotel is still new... it's appropriate for the price... around 400-600, what are your expectations?? 😂 But if possible, don't label it ⭐4, I mean... just because it has a swimming pool that's that... I suggest a ⭐2 label. Or at least a ⭐3, but with a swimming pool as an added bonus... it's more positive and upgrades the experience... 🙂🙏🏼... rather than claiming to be a ⭐4 but coming across as forced... so expectations are lowered... The security isn't very efficient either... more like just being there and keeping watch... Far from the typical ⭐4 standard... 🙂🙏🏼 Thank you...

Overall, it's a very good hotel because it's new. The ambiance and rooms are comfortable for resting. However, the receptionist was unfriendly. I was checking in, but she let out a long sigh and snorted. I understand she might be tired, but if you're going to be like that, don't do it in front of customers. Her language was also less formal when explaining things.

Cozy, next time I'll come here again when I go back to Indonesia.

Place is clean and minimalist, perfect for a short vacation or looking for some place to stay.

The hotel is new and stylish. It's affordable, but not cheap. It's aesthetically pleasing and clean, and I hope it stays that way. I'll definitely be a regular when I return to Cianjur.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, close to Cianjur's busy main market. It just opened in early March 2026, so everything is brand new. My only small comment is that the receptionist's service is less enthusiastic towards guests, lacking in friendliness and a flat expression. The swimming pool's location is less private because it is right at the hotel entrance. Coffee, tea, and sugar are not provided in the rooms. This can be improved in the future. Thank you.

For comfort, it is okay, but tea, laundry bags, and telephones for access to the reception are not provided.

The hotel is cool, still new. Very clean. Very friendly service. Parking can fit plenty of cars and motorbikes.
