Accused of flying a drone. Even though I don't own one. Only the security guard was friendly. The receptionist wasn't as friendly as other hotels. There's still evidence that this hotel is slandering me. They texted me in the middle of the night, even though I checked out at 9 PM. I'll never stay here again 👎

This is my second stay at The Valmont. I stayed in a superior room, pictured with a messy bed. My first stay was in a suite. The room was spacious, with a large, soft bed that made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a bathtub and a very modern toilet. When we pooped, our bottoms were warm sitting on the toilet, and there was a remote. Each room type has different amenities. However, yesterday, when I stayed in room 216, the housekeeper forgot to take out the previous guest's trash, so I had to go down to the lobby to find it. The towels were fragrant and the pillows were soft. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious. Overall, it was good. This hotel's signature breakfast is egg tea.

The service at this hotel was incredibly friendly and responsive. The location is strategically located on the main road, only about a 10-minute walk to the Clock Tower. It's a 15-minute drive to the Sianok Valley. Across from the hotel is the delicious Pical Ayang restaurant, and there's a Pertamina gas station nearby. The rooms are very clean, new, and the bathrooms are very modern. Thank you, Valmont, for a wonderful stay.

The location is very strategic and the natural views are incredibly beautiful. The bathroom smelled bad, and the hot water didn't work. There are many hotels in Indonesia, including in Padang. This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel that provides prayer robes, prayer cloths, and prayer mats. Amazing! Thank you, and may you stay consistent.

I chose a superior double room. The description said it had a balcony with views of the Clock Tower and the mountains, but upon check-in, the receptionist gave me a first-floor room with no balcony and a view of my neighbor's rooftop. I feel cheated! Please improve the descriptions of each room. If there's no balcony, state there isn't one! This will prevent any customers from feeling cheated again. Overall, everything is fine and fine. 👍
