The room is too cheap compared to the quality, not too luxurious but spacious and clean. The staff is enthusiastic, helping me book a car and make international calls. The small minus point is that the room is a bit cold.

The bus stop is in front of the hotel, making it easy, and the rooms are quite spacious.

Very good for business trips because the area is quite comfortable and the MRT is close.

The room was clean and not to far to the city center, there is bus station just infront of the hotel which is nice. The elevator waiting so long and the bathroom flood when we take shower. Over all was nice, i will comeback again!!

Check-in and check-out are simple, when we are late, the cleaner also offers what time to replace it, from the outside it looks quiet but inside it is crowded. The most important thing is just walk to the station. For buses, it is right in front of the hotel. So wherever you want to go, it is safe. The room is also spacious, there is a bathtub too, suitable for relaxing after shopping.

The location is strategic, right in front of the hotel there is a bus stop so it's easy to go anywhere. The hotel is close to the mall and station. The room is cleaned every day without being asked.

Great Loacation (right in the middle between 2 MRT: Novena Station & Newtown Station) note: Closer to Novena Station just 3-5 min walk. Spacious bedroom size, considering other Hotel with similar price are alot smaller. Overall I had a plesent stay at this Hotel. However, my big problem is the GYM Facility whish is VERY BAD. I think as a hotel, you can definetly do better than this.
