I accidentally left my phone at the lobby area, just realized about 1 hour later, staff at the lobby kept it for me. They returned it to my husband when we looked for it at the lobby. Thank you so much 🫶

I had a good experience in staying at Ibis Budget Imperial Singapore in December 2025. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Me and my wife got early check in at 11.30 am instead of standard at 3 pm. The room was good enough for the two of us. The food for breakfast was pretty simple but the taste was delicious . More importantly, the hotel is close to Lavender MRT station making it easier to access anywhere else in Singapore.

Even the bathroom was broken. The toilet flush was broken. The towels smelled strongly of chemicals. But we didn't complain, because we were in a hurry, and only used it for a few hours of sleep and one shower. Overall, it's okay.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy and fast. The room was very clean. Check-out was also easy. There was a bidet in the toilet. It was quite close to the Lavender MRT. Very convenient. I would probably stay here again if I were in Singapore again.

A hotel with very affordable MRT access, there are lots of cheap and halal food around the hotel, the staff are very friendly, late check out is allowed, it was very pleasant to stay here, the only drawback is that the room is very narrow, so it is a bit difficult when opening the suitcase.

very easy to check-in & check-out, just installing the app to get digital key.. the staffs were so helpful in explaining all details & they're very nice as well.. Tap water's drinkable.. Bedroom & bathroom were nice & clean but not soundproof.. there's much space left for 2 20in luggages (open)& 2 medium backpack.. Cleaning service always change the towels everyday.. even the lady want to make up the room too before I asked.. Got high floor rooms for 3 nights, next to the swimming pool.. AC was soooo cold that I always set to 27-28ºC.. 😅 Hotel is walking distant to Lavender MRT station in green line, many food stalls, 7-11, Fairprice & Aperia Mall.. Thank you very much for your hospitality to me & my family.. 💜 will definitely go back here whenever we come to SG in the future times..

The location is very strategic! Many hawkers and mini markets to buy mineral water, very close to the MRT station!

the check in process must be mobile check in, a bit complicated. but the staff are friendly, every time we go in and out they always smile. the location is very strategic, if you want to take the MRT, you can turn right from the hotel towards Lavender via the kitchener complex, if you want to take the bus, you can turn left towards Kallang 3 minutes, the location is near 7 eleven, lavender & fair price.

Nice budget hotels with good location and easy access to transportation.

Close to MRT and cheap food places. Don't shop at the Seven Eleven nearby because they cheated me, scanning products that I didn't buy.
