Unfortunately, the room was far below the standard I expected. It was noticeably damp and smelled musty, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory—there was visible dust and dirt in several areas especially on the AC and the ceilings ful of dust. These issues clearly indicate a lack of proper maintenance.
Moreover, the room had no windows, resulting in very poor air circulation. This significantly affected the overall air quality and made the room feel stuffy and unhealthy.
Another major concern was the housekeeping policy. I was not informed beforehand that rooms are not cleaned on Sundays unless guests specifically request it at the reception. I had already placed the "Please Clean the Room" tag outside my door, but no action was taken. This lack of communication and service was quite disappointing.
That being said, I do appreciate that the hotel is in a strategic location—close to popular tourist attractions and food courts, which made getting around convenient.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary improvements to ensure a more pleasant experience for future guests.
