Everything is good, comfortable, breakfast has many delicious choices, friendly staff. The only drawback is the loud and noisy music at night from the room on the 6th floor because the 5th floor is the dining area. Room cleanliness can be improved, suggestions please put plastic garbage in the trash can in the hotel room so it is cleaner and better, and if possible add a prayer mat in the room for Muslims for the future. Overall nice 👌

Overall, it's good, clean, comfortable, and the food is delicious. However, the policy of having to wear swimwear while swimming has caused some guests to complain because many guests sometimes don't bring swimwear. There are rental services, but the prices are quite expensive, and some guests are uncomfortable wearing clothes that aren't their own.

I've stayed with my family at Jatra Buka once or twice, but often. This was the first time I've been treated badly by the pool staff, who kicked me out for wearing a swimsuit. I usually wear a swimsuit when swimming at Jatra and have never had a problem with it. I'm deeply disappointed by this kind of treatment.

It's convenient, easy to use, close to the mosque, the MP mall, and close to food stalls. The downside is that in the middle of the night, the sound of disco music (probably) can still be heard in the room.

The location is okay. My room had a leak in front of the bathroom door, probably from the AC. The food is delicious. The pool is also fun for kids.

I booked a deluxe non-smoking room, but was given a smoking room. The food was lacking.

I was so happy to be able to celebrate my child's birthday by staying at Grand Jatra. The room mirror was decorated with birthday greetings and we were given free dessert. The room was clean and comfortable, very baby friendly. Thank you to the staff, Ms. Vanessa, who provided the service we requested. Always be successful at Grand Jatra.

It is a choice of place to stay if you are on a business trip to Pekanbaru City, surrounded by food places, next to a shopping center even though it is an old hotel... hopefully there will be improvements.

Still the best hotel choice if you go to Pekanbaru.

honest review of grand superior room: 1. check in/out time is very good and all the staff are very friendly. 2. the room is very clean and very fragrant. 3. the air conditioner is cool but still not cold enough. 4. the wifi is unstable 5. the breakfast is very varied, there are traditional and western menus. it tastes very good. 6. access around the hotel is also good, can go to pekanbaru mall, on the outskirts of the hotel there are also many food sellers. overall it is very good and the price is also very pocket-friendly for a 5-star hotel, hopefully it will always be the best🙏

The room is clean but does not use carpet. Swimming pool has a corner for playing slides. The elevator is scary because it is a bit jammed. Needs maintenance. Directly connected to Pekanbaru Mall. The breakfast is delicious, all western food is delicious, only the sweet and sour fish fillet is lacking because it is mostly filled with flour. The market snacks are not very interesting. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
