honest review of grand superior room: 1. check in/out time is very good and all the staff are very friendly. 2. the room is very clean and very fragrant. 3. the air conditioner is cool but still not cold enough. 4. the wifi is unstable 5. the breakfast is very varied, there are traditional and western menus. it tastes very good. 6. access around the hotel is also good, can go to pekanbaru mall, on the outskirts of the hotel there are also many food sellers. overall it is very good and the price is also very pocket-friendly for a 5-star hotel, hopefully it will always be the best🙏

The room is clean but does not use carpet. Swimming pool has a corner for playing slides. The elevator is scary because it is a bit jammed. Needs maintenance. Directly connected to Pekanbaru Mall. The breakfast is delicious, all western food is delicious, only the sweet and sour fish fillet is lacking because it is mostly filled with flour. The market snacks are not very interesting. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Overall for the hotel is good, only during the few days of staying the problem was the room AC was not cold, it has been informed 3 times to be checked but there was no change at all until I checked out, as a result I rarely went to the room because it was hot, the receptionist offered to move rooms but because I had a lot of stuff so I refused, for the cleanliness of the room it was good only the bathroom water was yellow, for breakfast the taste was okay but still lacking in variety for a 4 star hotel and there were no restaurant staff on standby at the greeter to help guests, clearing up also took a long time on the table. and refilling food also took a long time

With the price of the room, the service is not good, we asked for help to deliver GoFood food upstairs, the officer downstairs was not willing, the Gojek brother said, the officer downstairs told Gojek to lie, to say that the officer had been to the room, but it was not opened.

First experience staying overnight was enjoyable. Got a Grand Deluxe room which was spacious, clean, and fragrant. The breakfast menu was varied and quite good. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Next time will stay here again if in Pekanbaru. Good Job Grand Jatra. Always improving yaa

Everything is ok, unfortunately the swimming pool was under maintenance when we stayed. But the hotel gave us a swimming voucher
